About

We are happy, creative and humble young Brazilians who decided to join forces and publish weekly strips that discuss the paradigms of modern life such as taking the bus, working, dealing with peculiar human beings in addition to recycling, brushing our teeth after every meal and making sure the world is not taken by the forces of evil.

Cayo Candido: Graduated in History, still does not know what he wants from life. He writes the scripts for the Lazy Monday Strips drawing them once a month while Mr. Crumb doesn't take part in this project. Between one temp job and another, he takes some pictures and posts them on his Flickr page.

Raphael Andrade: Mezzo designer, mezzo cartoonist. Because of the frantic traffic of São Paulo, he made the bus his second bed. He went to the Anhembi Morumbi University where he almost graduated as a designer and learned a lot about design, and other things on Quanta Academy of Arts. Co-author of the web-series Paulistanagens, he sees the collaboration with Lazy Monday Strips a great chance to be renowned and appear on TV. To know a little bit more about his work, visit his blog or follow him on Twitter.

Henrique Jorge: Graduated in Fine Arts, he has been working for six years with advertising and editorial illustrations. His main style is illustration for kids, having illustrated books for the state of Ceará in Brazil, publishers such as Abril, Natura plus private publications.
